Half Kori, Bharmalji II (Kutch), 1814-1819 AD
Silver half kori coin of the Indian Princely State of Kutch, in the name of Bharmalji II, who ruled from 1814-1819 AD - making this coin over 200 years old! The obverse (front) of the coin carries the name: Shri Bharmalji in devnagari. A trishul (trident) can also be seen on the coin. Please note the uneven design of the coins - each coin is a little different from the other, unlike the uniform machine struck coins of later.
