25 Paise, 1964-68

25 paisa coins of India, minted from 1964-68. This is the second issue of 25 paisa, post the decimalization of Indian currency. Unlike these earlier issue, these coins just say 25-paise in Hindi, doing away with the 'naye paise' (new paisa). These coins are made of nickel and are also called 'magnetic coins'. These coins were minted in Bombay and Calcutta.
